Bible Study

The Letter of James has too often been neglected by the Lutheran church. One scholar has said that reading James is a “bit like the kind of Turkish bath where you get hotter and hotter and then suddenly someone dumps a bucket of icy water over you. James thinks in a different way to most other New Testament authors.” Well, on Wednesday mornings, we will be taking not a Turkish bath but a Finnish sauna with Pastor Wayne and then we will together take the plunge in a cold icy lake!

About the Class:
* On Wednesdays, continuing Oct. 6 & 13 (new participants always welcome)
* Two Possible Times to Attend: 8AM and Noon, on Zoom.
* Format: Bible Study – Digging into the Bible text – Brief presentation and discussions ... & probably some articles tossed your way from Pastor Wayne!

Anne died on October 1, 2021.
