This will be an easy transition because Teresita is one of ME&A's founders and has worked tirelessly to support everything that makes ME&A innovative and a special place to work. I know she will do an extraordinary job leading ME&A to a great future. I look forward to watching and contributing to ME&A's success in my ongoing role as ME&A Board Chairman.
It has been a great pleasure and honor to lead this firm for the past three decades. When I look back on the founding of ME&A in Washington, D.C., and San Juan, Puerto Rico, to where we are today, I am filled with pride and reminded of all the spectacularly talented and dedicated people working for ME&A along the way. There are no words to express my gratitude to these individuals who have formed the backbone of ME&A through the years both here in Bethesda and at our project offices throughout the globe. Under Teresita, I know they will continue to provide creative and cutting-edge ideas that improve the lives of people around the world and propel ME&A to its brightest and most innovative days still ahead.
