Enrollment Dates and Proration Reminders
October 31st is the last day for traditional enrollment. Please be sure you have identified all active candidates in CTI Navigate. To avoid fees for inactive candidates, please be sure to submit a status change request for any candidate who will not be participating in induction this year. You will find the change request form on the menu bar in CTI Navigate.

Mid-Year Enrollment Starts December 1st, 2021!
In order to best manage start and completion dates, traditional enrollment will end October 31st, and mid-year enrollment will begin on December 1st. This is a change from last year's mid-year enrollment date. We will not be accepting mid-year enrollment during the month of November. The last day to enroll mid-year candidates is February 28th.

Mid-year candidates follow a completion timeline that mirrors semesters engaging in one semester this year and one semester next year equating to one year of the two-year program.

Again, thank you for ensuring all candidates you wish to participate in the traditional program year are enrolled by October 31st. Please work with your program manager to identify mid-year candidates who will be starting December 1st.
Early Completion Option (ECO) Status Deadline
For traditional enrollment candidates, agencies should request ECO status prior to winter break. January 1st is the deadline. Enrollment status will not be changed after this date.

For mid-year enrollment candidates, agencies must request ECO status by April 1st. Enrollment status will not be changed after this date.

Executive Order and Variable Team Waiver candidates are not eligible for ECO status. Visit our Credential Services webpage for further induction eligibility information.

Site Administrator Connections
Thank you for continuing to help site administrators connect with you, our team, and their CTI candidates! Here are a few resources you may want to share with your site administrators: Within the next few weeks, we will be reaching out to you to obtain current site administrator email addresses which will enable us to connect with each administrator directly and provide them with a list of their participating candidates.

Again, thank you for your support in continuing to strengthen site administrator connections!
Fall Professional Development
In addition to the traditional Coach Previews, Orientations, and Fall Coach Connections, CTI offers a variety of FREE professional learning sessions including new offerings as well as participant favorites such as mindfulness, wellness, and equity panel discussions. Many sessions are available for registration on our professional development website, and more opportunities will be coming soon!

Friendly reminder that candidates and coaches who attend together can count their attendance as their one hour weekly meeting. 63 participants joined us for our first 2021-22 Wellness Wednesday last week!
TPA and RICA Support
Upon enrollment, our Credential Services Team continues to send email notifications to all Executive Order and Variable Term Waiver candidates and their coaches to ensure they are aware of any statutory requirements, and a member of our CTI Team reaches out to these candidates to conduct a needs assessment and provide information regarding resources and on-going support.

Once these requirements have been fullfilled, please remind coaches and candidates to submit the candidate's TPA and/or RICA passing scores to ctisupport@rcoe.us to ensure our records reflect their completion.
As candidates are starting to complete their first cycles of inquiry, your program manager will send you regular progress reports.

As an AR, you have the following CTI Navigate access to monitor candidate engagement:
  • View or download reports by clicking "Candidates" or "Coaches".
  • View coach documented meeting hours by clicking on "Reports".
  • View additional Agency Representative resources by clicking "Resources".
Please reach out to your program manager with any Navigate support requests.
After reviewing these updates, please let me know if I can answer any questions or send further information your way.  As always, so grateful for your partnership in supporting new teachers.
