What: JCIRA Rally to show support for Haitians
at NWDC, Tacoma?
When: This Sunday, Oct 10, 2021 at Noon at NWDC
Where: Carpool to NWDC in Tacoma from Safeway Park 'n Ride, Port Townsend at 9:45.
Seventeen Haitians are now detained at NW Detention Center in Tacoma. We want to show solidarity with their struggle. The detainees will be informed that we are outside the Center.
We need to have commitments from at least 4 to 8 people to make this happen and to coordinate with La Resistencia, a group that has been effective in protesting conditions at the NWDC.
