COVID19, COVID lockdown , the preceding bushfires and the general uncertainty and upheaval of our times have created stress, anxiety and depression in a lot of us. Previous ways of dealing with the ups and downs of life may not be up to the job. It’s a hard time for families, couples and singles as this is not ‘business as usual’ and to expect our emotional capacity not to be challenged is simply unrealistic.
The good news is that resilience, coping skills, patience and the qualities of care can be increased and this is backed by research. Quality of life, capacities of forgiveness, generosity, patience, gratitude and overall wellbeing start with making these elements consciously important and taking small steps to improve our well being. Visit our blog for some great resources, backed by solid research and curated by our team.
Take care of yourselves and each other
