Dear <<Name>>,

Twelve years ago, in 2009, I picked a card from one of those online oracle card decks. The picture was a nautilus spiral shell in the sand with blue gemstones at the corners. Somehow, while gazing at it I had a vision.

Opening to Step Up, Julie Bernstein Engelmann, acrylic on hot pressed paper, 18x24. Available
In my dream I was already fit, but my agreement to step up meant I would begin training on a whole new level.

The vision was multidimensional, and came with a name: Beauty & Spirit Abstract Art. I knew my life destiny could play out here. Among the interconnected layers was the Beauty & Spirit Abstract Artist Circle.

I pictured the circle as an online community where abstract artists could safely share their work, learn and flourish. The vision came with an instruction: go all in or let it go. I tucked the idea away, a sketch on a scrap of paper.

Two years later I started a social media page, Beauty & Spirit Abstract Artist Circle - and didn't do anything with it. A year passed and I decided to take it down. Between the decision and the time it took to click to the site, three young women inexplicably started to follow the empty page. Wake-up call!

That's when I committed to the vision and began this Beauty & Spirit Note.

Before and since, my many years of teaching have strewn an invisible net connecting a constellation of abstract-beauty-loving light-filled Souls.

Now - in this Zoom-adept time - it's close to my heart to bring a circle of abstract beauty lovers together.

I invite you to learn more about the Beauty & Spirit Abstract Artist Circle below.

Yours in the joy of beauty and spirit,

Julie
