Dear members,
You might have picked up on this in the news already, but recently there has been some trouble with the scanning of the QR-codes for international students from outside the EU. This is of importance for our association as well, since our events necessitate a QR-code to get access. This is unfortunate, but not to worry, since it can be overcome in two simple ways. You can get your QR-code converted to a EU one at your municipality office, this should take around two days. It is also possible to get tested before taking part in one of our events. A negative test result will also grant you access.
It is a shame that these extra steps are necessary, but we hope that we have informed you sufficiently and would love to see you during our next events!
