New feature: Quality indicators on TEK/SPCs


Quality indicators have been added to TEK/SPC overview to help users understand the maturity and level of quality associated with the individual TEK/SPC numbers.

Quality level indicators:

1) Created by agent/manufacturer
Lets users know that the equipment has been created by an agent or manufacturer.

2) GTIN
Optional field for agents and/or manufacturers whereby a Global Trade Item Number can be added to a particular TEK/SPC.

3) Passed automated system control
System checks that at least 80% of defined properties have been added and that all required documents tied to registration of a particular equipment has been met by registrant.

4) Compliant to NORSOK Z-018
The registered documents associated with the equipment comply to the
NORSOK Z-018 standard for selected the equipment class.

5) Approved by certified verifier
A certified verifier has approved that the equipment is described and documented according to requirements.

New feature: NORSOK Z-018 Compliant RDL Viewer


The Viewer for the RDL (Reference Data Library) is now compliant with Z-018 according to the current version of TIRC Z-018 in which any "EqHub-relation" is specified.


New feature: Bulk Upload


The first version of EqHub's Bulk Upload functionality is available for all registered agents and manufacturers. By using a template (available under Bulk Upload) agents/manufacturers will be able to register multiple TEK/SPCs in one go. EqHub will validate uploaded templates and provide guidance in handling discrepancies if issues are found in the attempted registered data.

New feature: Export of full search results


You are now able to export full search results from anywhere in the Product Search interface. In addition, the export includes all registered properties and attributes.

Information: Rebranding

EqHub, as well as all other services in the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association's domain for services (Collabor8) have been part of a comprehensive consolidation and rebranding process. You should be able to experience a new look-and-feel when using the service. Further improvements to follow.
