It's our 25th Birthday!

October is here, autumn is upon us, now is the ideal time to think about nurturing our mental health and wellbeing and make some plans for the autumn / winter evenings. Read on to find out more about:

This year we celebrate 25 years of Changes!

Come along to our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 26th October from 6 – 7:30pm via Zoom.

Meet our team and hear about our work over the past year.

Join the Challenge 
To celebrate 25 years of Changes we invite you to join us on the '25 Day Wellbeing Challenge'. 
  • Do an activity a day in any order, tick the activities as you complete them.
  • If you miss a day, carry on the following day!
  • Optional - Share your progress by taking a photo of one of the activities and sharing with us on Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #25DaysofWellbeing
  • Enjoy!

Why take the challenge?

Research shows that by changing small things in your everyday life, disrupting your routines and stepping outside the norm you can become more ‘cognitively flexible’. If your mind is more flexible then you’re less likely to be stressed and more likely to cope better with the ups and downs of living. This means trying new things, going new places, and meeting new people. In short, doing something different. Stuck for ideas? Follow the 25 activities listed above!

£4 per session (reduced cost and free places available if required)


Changes Therapy

Changes Counselling service is currently being offered by video conferencing and telephone with a limited face to face provision available for anyone who cannot attend by telephone/video. For information and to request counselling click here. Please note our counselling service has a waiting list.

Changes Mental Health Training - Limited Spaces Remaining! 

Crisis Handling Awareness Training (CHAT
Gain skills and confidence in supporting others through crisis, including the crisis of suicide


Tuesdays 19th and 26th October 2021, 10:00 - 11:30am
2 week course - both sessions must be attended

Changes Information Session
An opportunity to find out more about Changes, the support offered and how to access support. Open to anyone looking for support for themselves, a friend or family member. Professionals are also welcome to find out about support for someone you work with.

Please note these are not support sessions.
