Rosh Yeshiva in Yeshivas Rabbeinu Yitzchak Elchanan (Y.U.), son-in-law of Maran Posek HaDor, HaGaon Rav Moshe Feinstein zt”l.
Rav Tendler zt"l dedicated his life to Harbatzas Torah and Halacha, unequivocally deciding complex and consequential Halachic questions from around the world.
Our Beis Medrash was privileged to host Rav Tendler zt"l during an unforgettable visit arranged by our dear friend and founder Rabbi Dovid Fuld Shlit”a. It was a truly unique opportunity for us to learn directly from an extraordinary Torah personality of the previous generation.
With Rav Tendler's passing, the Torah world has lost a great Rav and Posek and one of its foremost experts in Halacha and medical ethics. May we find comfort in our efforts to continue learning from Rav Tendler zt"l through his rich, enduring legacy of Torah, Mesorah, and P'sak Halacha.
