September has been relatively quiet when it comes to Microsoft licensing changes but there are still a few things to take a look at, across a few different areas.
On another note - I hosted my first in-person event for almost 2 years this week...it was great to get back out and about talking about Microsoft again!

New Microsoft security SKU added
Microsoft have announced the introduction of "Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Plan 1" (MDfE P1). Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is the differentiator between Windows 10 E3 and E5 and this new SKU, which contains some of those features, will be included in M365 E3/A3 and will also be available as an add-on SKU.

Microsoft Viva Learning news
More info has been revealed re: Viva Learning. It will be generally available in November with the Basic edition giving access to Microsoft Learn, Microsoft 365 training, and a selection of LinkedIn Learning courses. The Premium edition will be required for 3rd party integration and various other features.
A very quiet month - pretty much just some updates to a variety of terms and also some changes due to a new Data Protection Addendum.
New Microsoft 365 Education SKU
Microsoft have announced a new Education SKU - Microsoft 365 A1 per device. It will be a 6 year license for $38 that gives the range of 365 apps and management capabilities on a device-based metric.
