100% Estate grown and hand-harvested, Giusti Rosalia Prosecco is intense, fruity, with hints of Golden apple and lemon; prevailing floral notes of wisteria and acacia. One of the best wines to sip with hors d'oeuvres.
Rabl “Spiegel Vineyard” Grüner Veltliner 2019
Plush and exuberantly creamy, this is filled with plenty of spicy notes that drape over the rich flavours of peach cobbler, ripe melon and lemon pie. Crisp, complex and alluring, with a firm frame and a rich finish that features a core of white pepper. Pair with oysters, trout, or chicken with cream sauce.
Pacific Grove Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 2019
This 100% barrel-fermented Chardonnay is ripe, full-bodied, and offers delicious tropical fruit aromas and juicy flavours of pineapple and toasty oak. Balanced with creamy overtones for a lingering, memorable finish. Begins in stainless steel and finishes with barrel fermentation in French and American oak. Lovely on its own but also a delicious complement to a wide range of meals, including herb-crusted fish, buttermilk-marinated roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, or light pasta dishes.
Cline Sonoma County Pinot Noir 2019
"The Clines know Sonoma County well enough to produce one of the region’s most outstanding Pinot Noirs. Following aromas of nutmeg and plum, the entry of sassafras and earth on the palate is just the beginning of the wine’s expressive journey. After fermenting and settling in stainless steel, the wine is racked and aged for seven months in 40% new French oak with an addition of some American and Eastern European oak. Dark cherry, brush, and cinnamon enter midway on a deluxe mouthfeel and are accompanied by mocha and ginger on the finish." Score: 93 Pts. - Tasting Panel Magazine

Lotus Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Lifted red fruit aromas, with dark cherry an plum undertones. A fresh and lively palate shows that same red fruit profile which is enveloped with the dark fruit flavours (plum, burgundy cherry, cassis). Medium plus body, warm & savoury, pleasantly persistent finish. Pair with rich, meaty dishes, such as steak or lamb.
