Dragon Spirits Marketing (a Capital Factory validated company) has created the #1 Brand Ambassador Gig Marketplace that solves the massive problem of matching amazing, growing brands with educated, curated, and passionate brand ambassadors at 1000’s of brand activations across the US.

In order to scale and provide top-level brand ambassadors (Dragons) for brands with brand activations all over the U.S., we created our in-house marketplace platform, aptly named The Dragon Engagement Network™ (DEN).

Our goal is to make Dragon Spirits Marketing the #1 Brand Ambassador Gig Marketplace in America, and with your help, we will surely get there.

Why Ben Ponder Bought a Factory, Started Ponder Foods - Link

- Austin Business Journal’s Mike Cronin

[Congratulations to Mike for 'retiring' from the ABJ to join SKU as their first
Director of Strategic Engagement]

"Ben Ponder is pushing back against Big Food.

The co-founder and CEO of Austin-headquartered Ponder Foods LLC — which makes “minimally processed soups, sauces, dips and dressings” using only real food ingredients from a 90,000-square-foot facility near Dallas — is producing food “that we would want to buy in the grocery store, but can’t,” he said.

That’s because even the “healthy” options on shelves are full of harmful ingredients, such as “commodity soybean oil and high fructose corn syrup,” said Ponder, former chief operating officer at Austin-based Siete Family Foods Inc."

Here are a few photos from the latest Wake Up! CPG Meetup in Austin
Over 100 CPG enthusiasts joined us on Thursday morning
Pictured: Kirstin Ross (SKU), Katrina Tolentino (NaturallyAustin),
Chris Palmisano (Rocket Dollar), Sam Eder (Big Wheelbarrow),

On October 14th, StartupCPG graciously allowed me to co-host a huge outdoor happy hour for over 300 people from as far away as Ireland, Vancouver, NYC, and even one CPG startup founder who moved to Austin four hours prior from Toronto. This was not the first big in-person event I've attended recently as The Austin Chamber A-List Awards and ACL Weekend One proved that people were ready to get (safely) back in person. Everyone was laughing and drinking together like it was 2019.

The big takeaway is that we CPG people know how to have a good time and the best thing for everyone was to see each other in person again and we're planning more events like this to keep the momentum going.
