The Winter Park City Commission is considering changes to the city's code impacting the use of leaf blowers due to residents' concerns regarding noise, health and environmental impacts of the blowers.
The City wants to hear from Winter Park residents and landscape service professionals working in the City of Winter Park to gauge their perspective and/or concerns on the impacts of such changes.
