Covid case rates are creeping up again in Cornwall. You can help to keep the number of cases down by testing. Which Covid-19 test should you use? 🤔
🧪 Test twice a week with a rapid lateral flow test if you have NO symptoms
🧪 Get a PCR test after a positive rapid test, if you've been in close contact with someone who's tested positive, or if you have ANY symptoms.

🤢 ❄️ This autumn/winter it’s essential you protect yourself and others against both flu and Covid-19. 💉💉 Get your vaccines as soon as they're available to you. People who are most vulnerable to Covid-19 are being offered a booster vaccine. This includes:
👉 adults aged 50 or over 👉 frontline health & social care workers 👉 care home residents
The NHS will let you know when it's yur turn to have a booster dose.
