The Library invites your child's plushie friend to a sleepover!

In honor of Bring Your Teddy to Work Day, the library is hosting a sleepover for your child’s plushie friend!

Visit us for Story Time early in the day (10:30 AM), and drop off your child’s plushie friend of choice to stay overnight.
Youth services staff will take good care of them and have activities planned for the plushies to do around the library.

They’ll even take some photographs to document what a good time they had. We’ll post those photos on our Facebook page so your child can see their friend in action.
Then you can return to pick up their plushie friends the next day!
Family fun for all ages! Event is on October 13, drop off your plushies before 4:00 PM.

Please call (903) 237-1345 to speak with Youth Services staff and make arrangements.

Add some extra fun to your 5K run with a StoryWalk!

The library will partner with the Junior League of Longview and present a StoryWalk during the Junior League's Monster Dash 5K Fun Run + Block Party event!

Take the family on a stroll, and visit the StoryWalk stops posted at different business doors in downtown Longview.

We’ll be StoryWalking “Little Goblins Ten” by Pamela Jane.
Each station will include a page of the book to read, and include a different activity to do!

Fun for all ages!

October 16, Monster Dash Block Party starts at 8:00 PM.
