The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Lethbridge & District Music & Speech Arts Festival Society will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 7:00 pm, via Zoom. The details regarding registration and the Zoom link will be distributed as we approach the date.
The agenda of the AGM will include the usual business of reviewing the 2020 Festival year, along with appointing an auditor, an honourary solicitor, receiving the reports, and reviewing and approving bylaw changes.

Membership to the Lethbridge & District Music & Speech Arts Festival Society is defined in the bylaws in Section III:
Any person shall be admitted as a member of the Society if he/she has:
Participated in the Festival within the past year and/or;
Supported the Society through attendance at the Festival and/or Concerts within the past year and/or;
Contributed to the Society $50 or more within the past year.
