Hi there,
We're talking all things bread and heart health on the blog this week. If you're a bread/toast lover, you won't want to miss this one.

In our kitchen this week
We've been loving this Morning Glory Baked Oatmeal recipe that Karen shared in our free Facebook group. Such a nice treat to start the day!
I add a few frozen berries and a splash of milk when warming it, and enjoy with yogurt to round out breakfast.
(I also cut back the sugar by reducing the maple syrup to 1/4 cup and the raisins to 1/3 cup. That works out to about 2 teaspoons of added sugar per serving, and it's still lovely. I bet you could even go with less.)
Thank you for reading, and have a great week!
