Fall is here! Classes are going well! Our Both Hands Project is Oct. 9th and we need all hands to help raise sponsorship for the adoption and for orphan care. Please keep reading to find out more!

How thankful are you for your life? We all have the opportunity to give children in need of rescue a chance to find thankfulness for their new lives and we can serve a widow in need simultaneously! Our Both Hands project is one hand for orphans, one hand for widows. Each person who helps with the project is using both hands to send letters for sponsorship to do a day of service for a widow. Please join our team by spreading the word, sending letters to people that you know and love, and if you can, come out this Saturday, Oct. 9th to help serve a widow in need. The gift of music education extends past a class. It’s lifelong impact through social development, psychological development, language and comprehension development, and the list goes on!
Love Learning Music was able to give a cello to an amazing student who was in need of an instrument for the orchestra ensemble. Next, we will be honored to gift some electric guitars and a keyboard!

Our fall semester classes are changing lives for under-served students! Choir class just had auditions for solos. Four students auditioned for three solo sections, and the 4th student will get to solo in the next song the class learns, that way no one is left out!
Learning to have confidence and connect with peers is more important than learning how to sing. Thankfully, these students are learning it all! Now that all of the students in orchestra have the instruments they need, the class is bonding and becoming a musical family. The rock band class has miraculously spent the month of September in the classroom learning music theory! Having a firm foundation is the most important thing for every child.

Creative Wellness Program

How helpful has music and/or some other art form been for your life? What therapeutic benefits have you experienced?
Love Learning Music’s Creative Wellness is engaging in the arts to reinforce behavioral therapy, regulate emotions, and process traumatic memories. It is basically using music and fine arts to provide therapeutic, helpful, and healing benefits for children in need. Those who have suffered trauma, and children who have special needs are benefiting greatly from the Love Learning Music Creative Wellness program.

We Are Recruiting Loving Team Members!

With many requests for 1-on-1 Creative Wellness sessions, small group classes, and private lessons we need to grow our team! We are actively looking to hire people who can teach music to all children, especially ages 5-15, and children who have special needs or have suffered trauma. Also, we need people to teach drums and guitar to Latino families, so if you want to practice Spanish, please sign-up!

Needs: Volunteers who can commit to sending out sponsorship letters to 20-50 people you know and love! The event is serving a local widow and raising the sponsorship funds for adoption & orphan care (LLM Music Ed & Creative Wellness programs)!
