Gratitude

Expressing gratitude to people who have helped you along the way has positive effects on the individual receiving the appreciation, as well as the person expressing it. A gratitude practice has also been shown to be beneficial for both physical and emotional health.

Here are some of the scientifically proven benefits of practicing gratitude on a regular basis:
