Relationships can heat up with considerable force as Wednesday’s New Moon* involves Galvanizing Mars.

It’s in the Relationship sign of Libra, which usually prompts us to connect, harmonize, and find beauty and love.  And that urge will be very present.

But since Warrior Mars is alongside this New Moon, some sparks might fly!  

For some these sparks can be passionate, sexy, and heroic.  We might be ready to act on feelings and attractions and valiantly pursue connections and agreements of many sorts.   

But for others, the presence of Mars can spark irritabilities, confrontations, and arguments, especially wherein parties express matters they feel are unjust or unfair. 

Or, a weird outer occurrence can disrupt the flow of what a relationship expects.

Fortunately, it’s likely most of these skirmishes will be short-lived. They can ultimately make relationships better, especially if the Libran gift of considering both sides of a situation to find a peaceful middle ground is employed.

That said, a deeper truth can come to the surface.

That’s because Pluto, the planet that deals with hidden matters, comes out of Retrograde within a few hours of this New Moon.  That can reveal something secret, undermining, or untoward that calls for a much longer-range healing and balancing.
Or, if need be, a necessary ending if that’s the healthier solution.

Along with high-energy, this New Moon Ignites a New Cycle.

The New Moon is at 10/6 at 4:05 a.m. PDT at 13 degrees of Libra.  Mars is conjunct it at 13 degrees Libra. That is unusual and powerful! It foretells that relationships will be stirring - one way or another - for an entire month!

Deep revelations and turning points are likely as Pluto turns direct (comes out of Retrograde) right after the New Moon – at 11:29 a.m. PDT.  Since Pluto deals with power, this can be a shift in the power balance of our own relationships as well as significant power shifts in world events. 

Adding to that is Venus being at the critical, 29th degree of Scorpio the day of the New Moon.  That brings feelings to an intense, impatient, make-it-or-break-it peak. 

Plus, sudden, weird occurrences can also be part of this New Moon as it inconjunct (the angle of “adjustment”) to Erratic Uranus at 13 degrees Taurus.

And, Mercury Retrograde in Libra is also helping us go over and "review" recent events and decisions, including in our relationships, noticing where we might want to do things differently. 

All of this is stirring energy and force to relationships.  Using it to assert ourselves, and yet consider other’s perspective to find a place of agreement, (even if things get bumpy), is quite suggested by the stars!
