Hello Contra Costa School Board Members and Superintendents,
You're invited to our next CCCSBA meeting, featuring:
"Hot Topics in Special Education"
- an interactive conversation with Contra Costa County SELPA Director, MaryAnn Frates
Thursday, October 7th, at 5:30 PM via Zoom.
The program and Q&A will run from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
Following the program, there will be a brief business meeting of the CCCSBA representatives from each district.

Thank you to all who completed our programs survey! We received 13 responses from 10 school districts, and the winners are:

#2 & #3 tied: Special Ed Hot Topics & Grading for Equity
The majority indicated they would like meetings to continue via Zoom. See detailed results here.
We are in touch with Zaretta Hammond to schedule her to speak in the spring, and have not yet been able to reach Joe Feldman. Please let us know if you have any contacts we should reach out to.
