Sutton Council, Volunteer Centre Sutton, Community Action Sutton and Home-Start Sutton are working in partnership to find out what is on offer for children, young people and families, in our Borough starting in the new school year in September. If you have recently received the survey from the Family Information Service, please complete this survey as well to ensure that all services are covered, as this survey covers a wider community.
We want to hear from every group and organisation in Sutton, whether your service is free or paid for, open to anyone or professional referral only, term-time or school holidays or all year round. This includes any group or organisation that offers volunteering opportunities for under 18's.
Whether you are already back up and running, or have permanently changed the way you deliver your service, we'd love to hear from you. The short questionnaire will take 10 minutes to complete. If you are not yet able to resume your service due to Covid-19 restrictions, please feel free to complete the form at a later date.
The information that you provide will be promoted to children, young people and families through several channels including information packs to every school in Sutton, as well as a brand new online directory.
The aim of this project is to map all the available services in Sutton that can improve wellbeing for children, young people and families, through the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
