Our Quarterly Town Hall Meeting is to be held each quarter by a different district in the City. This quarter is District 1 in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 5:30pm.

St. Pete Beach Library News

  • Monday, September 27 at 11:00 a.m. – Story Time: Learn numbers, colors, and the alphabet through songs, stories, and movement.
  • Monday, September 27 – NO Mayor’s Open Office! Please attend the City Commission Meeting at SPB City Hall (155 Corey Ave.) at 6:00 p.m. with your questions and concerns.
  • Tuesday, September 28 at 4:00 p.m. – Great Explorations @ the LibraryCritter Encounter. Get face-to-face with a friendly critter! Have you ever touched a snake? How about seen a lizard eat? This exploration brings a little wildlife to your children while learning animal facts along the way!
  • Wednesday, September 29 at 5:30 p.m. & Friday, October 1 at 11:00 a.m. – Fresh Film: The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard.
 
We have somebody famous working at the library! Our own Bonnie Traiman, along with the St. Pete Beach Library, is mentioned in Wendy Wax’s latest book, The Break-Up Book Club.Come into the library to get Bonnie’s autograph and to put a hold on this new book!

 Parking Requirements in St. Pete Beach

The City of St. Pete Beach is in the process of reviewing and updating the off-street parking requirements as they pertain to commercial businesses, such as restaurants and hotels.
To gain as much resident input as possible, the City held a meeting to discuss potential off-street parking management strategies on September 8, 2021 at 5:00pm.

Building, Permitting, and Parking Permits

Walk-in permitting will be by appointment only until further notice.  To book an appointment,  visit the website HERE.

Important Drinking Water Notice from Pinellas County Utilities 

Pinellas County Utilities will conduct routine system maintenance to  optimize water quality from Sunday, September 26 through Saturday, October 16. The water treatment method will temporarily change from chloramine to chlorine disinfection throughout the program.
