I just finished rewriting K3, tentatively titled True Blue Kangaroo, last month. Now my agent's looking over the manuscript, and we'll talk about next steps later. Stay tuned.
While you're waiting, why not re-read Waypoint Kangaroo or Kangaroo Too, both available from your local public library? Or start a wiki to help me keep track of all the random details that have accumulated in this made-up future world?! Just some ideas.
Anyway, thanks to everyone who supported me in this year's Clarion West Write-a-thon and provided additional incentive to get that rewrite done. Now it's back to revising the fantasy novel, which I'm feeling good about, but it's going to be a non-trivial amount of work.
