INFORMATION REGARDING GAY GAMES!
We are sad to confirm that the Gay Games in Hong Kong has been postponed to 2023. As we continue to see many of our TNYA go-to competitions get cancelled or delayed, we want to offer a glimmer of hope.
Team leadership is hearing rumblings of an IGLA in the United States as a replacement for the Gay Games in Hong Kong. Although this is in the very beginning phases of planning, we will be sure to keep everyone updated as information comes in.
UPDATE: BEDFORD ARMORY POOL!
We want thank everyone for their patience as we work through the grand opening of the Bedford Armory Pool. New York City construction is known for its delays and this project is no different. We have been given another estimate of October 12th for a re-open date.
The good news: The board has received and reviewed a contract for this location. Once the contract dates reflects the long awaited start date, we expect the contract to be signed. We promise the brand new facility will be well worth the wait for all of our Brooklyn members.

ARTISTIC SWIMMING WORLD POWER CORRELATION STRONG
Want to become one of the world's most powerful women? I sure do! TNYA has learned that Christine Lagarde, the first woman to lead the International Monetary Fund, was once a member of the French national synchronized swim team. That's right!
Lagarde won a bronze medal in the French National Championship when she was just 15 years old. Furthermore, synchronized swimming might also have more in common with politics than one might think. As per Lagarde, "it was synchronized swimming that taught me: 'Grit your teeth and smile.'"
