Existential Risk Conference 7 - 8 October

Registration is still possible!
We believe this is a ideal opportunity for people who want to know more about existential risks. X-risks are neglected and underestimated by the majority of people. The organisation (Existential Risk Observatory) is based in the Netherlands and wants to create awareness on this subject. Their program is full of international top speakers from both within and outside the EA community.

Replacing Guilt Series
Many people, especially affiliated with the Effective Altruism movement, experience feelings of guilt/not doing enough. These feelings seem to be ineffective and lower one's wellbeing. In these short essays called 'Replacing Guilt series, Nate Soares talks you through the steps to replace feelings of guilt with sincere inner motivation. We highly recommend listening/reading one or two essays a day!  EA sources
