MTSU National Voter Registration Day
Tuesday, September 28th
Here is the sign-up sheet for National Voter Registration Day 9/28. One-hour shifts are available 9AM to 3PM. The sign-up for the AAUW table on Peck lawn is on the left:

March and Voter Registration for Planned Parenthood Day of Action
Saturday, October 2
AAUW-Murfreesboro has joined with 90+ other organizations across our state to stand in solidarity with Planned Parenthood and Women’s March in a NATIONWIDE day of ACTION to defend Roe on Saturday, October 2 @ Noon at Murfreesboro’s Civic Plaza.
As a non-partisan organization that defends reproductive rights and supports abortion access, AAUW-Murfreesboro will be hosting a VOTER Registration tent during the day’s events.
We need members to March and to Volunteer. We need 2 volunteers to staff the voter registration booth from 11:00AM-1:30PM. Please contact me if you can help register voters (it’s very easy and necessary) – jlcarmack@gmail.com.

Middle Half Packet Pickup
Friday, October 8
The American Association of University Women (AAUW) Murfreesboro Branch and the MTSU Women's Tennis team need volunteers to distribute race bibs at "Packet Pickup" for the Murfreesboro Half Marathon (AKA the Middle Half). By staffing the Middle Half, you're helping fund both AAUW Murfreesboro and the MTSU Women's Tennis team. Plus, you get a cool t-shirt!
We need volunteers on Friday, October 8th at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. The following shifts are available:
9:45AM to 12:00PM
11:45AM to 2:00PM
1:45PM to 3:45PM
