Praying for Hope

Hello Prayer Partners:
We are continuing the theme of thankful this week! Thankful for the volunteers who have been helping process post-banquet mailings and get a newsletter ready for mailing soon!! Maybe today :). Please pray for these ladies and their families. Some have even taken projects home with them, what a blessing!
I was thankful and encouraged while out with the Hopemobile one day recently when someone waved and shouted, "Thank you for what you do for the girls!" :) 
We are grateful for a volunteer RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer), who worked with our nurse, just back from training last week, to introduce 5 mamas and 2 papas to their pre-born babies for the first time. I got to observe many of these scans. To see someone speechless, surprised by the development of their baby. Tears. Expressions of how real the moving images make the pregnancy. We saw a tiny hand with delineated fingers, go up in the womb, almost as if "she" were waving at her mama. These miracles never stop being amazing to me! Please pray for these new parents, for their babies and families, for the situations they face.
We have helped connect a few mamas to organizations providing housing lately. Pray for them too. For one whose baby is due soon and for others who are impacted by the ramifications of drug use. Please also pray for someone, abortion-determined, in the valley of indecision. Pray the Lord will use the seeds planted at the center and bring her back. I spent a chunk of time over the weekend, planting tulip bulbs, with the HOPE of seeing spring flowers. We plant seeds and pray that God will water them, bringing HOPE in new life!
