October’s volunteer spooktacular event

Join High Five for a community producer Halloween themed pizza night and studio shoot on October 13th at 5:30 p.m.!

We will have dinner and discussion, followed by a Halloween themed studio shoot with host Tracy Kimball, owner of Eagle Vail Paranormal Society. She will be introducing our Halloween movie series, showcasing movie classics such as Night of the Living Dead, Carnival of Souls, and more. We would love to have volunteers run cameras, help direct, and have some halloween fun. Bring your costumes and prepare to be spooked!

Thank you to our volunteers, Tyler Long, Anthony Martinez and Mark Grimaldi for your help and support during the September home games. You have all been extremely helpful in producing this multi camera live-streamed event!

The last game vs. the Aspen Skiers was an exciting game with the rivalry finishing with a Huskies win!

It has been a fun start to the season and there are three more home games left and we are looking for volunteers to fill spots on camera!

Oct. 8, 7 p.m. vs. Palisade Bulldogs

Oct. 15, 7 p.m. vs. Eagle Valley Devils

Oct. 29, 7 p.m. vs. Steamboat Sailors

Volunteers will help us run cameras on the field during games and get practice with camera moves, shot composition, and learn about live broadcasting. Volunteer start time will be 6 p.m. to have dinner (provided by HFAM) and then a review of camera operations to make sure you are comfortable before game time.

Recap of September’s volunteer event

At last month’s community producer event, we had a pizza night at the studio and talked about the importance of lighting and went over how to create and manipulate a three point lighting set up. High Five Access Media would like to thank Community Producers Angie Hernandez and Austin Richardson for their participation in the workshop.
