We hope you’ve had a great start to the quarter & look forward to meeting you in-person as we all return to Stanford! We’re excited to announce the creation of the Emergence student org aiming to fill the gaps in Stanford’s student entrepreneurial ecosystem hindering mission-driven entrepreneurship in our community, looking into the areas of climate change, social impact, and healthcare among others. In line with our goals, we invite you to join our inaugural student meetup on 9/29@5 PM to present your research to our community and/or learn about the research of others, providing benefits including but not limited to:
1. Raising awareness of your work & attracting interested fellow Stanford students to complement your team & accelerate your growth.
2. Exposure to the Emergence investor network, comprised of investors large and small, and laying the groundwork for potential investments.
3. Receiving feedback from experienced entrepreneurs.
4. Gaining exposure to Stanford faculty across various departments and the potential for cross-pollination.
5. The opportunity to win grants from Stanford's various entrepreneurship-related centers.
6. Connecting with like-minded students with whom you click to collaborate with on future endeavors.
