Dear Friends and Lightworkers,

This is my favorite time of year. I love all the trees in their full autumn colors, even though that also means snow will soon be on its way. My husband and I will be celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary on October 13th, so we will be out of town for a while.

Which leads me to an important notice, Shipping for our store will be unavailable October 11th - October 22nd (Any purchases made during this time will begin shipping on October 25th. All downloadable items will still be available.) We do have someone staying at our house, but they are not able to handle the store. If you buy now, we are offering Free U.S. Shipping on Orders over $35.

Anyway, our article today is on The Health Benefits to Taking a Salt Bath and Why it Should be Part of Your Routine. Salt Baths are part of my routine, and I've also made a few blends that are in our store. I hope you enjoy the article and the reading that follows.

Love and Blessings, Re

The Health Benefits to Taking a Salt Bath & Why it Should be Part of Your Routine

You will be amazed at how many health-related issues you can potentially solve by simply adding a little bit of salt to your bath water and soaking for an hour or two, such as high blood pressure and skin problems like eczema.

Salt baths have been used for centuries to cure a number of ailments. They are also known as saltwater soaks, salt-soak baths, salt inhalations, and salt glows. They can be taken either in the bathtub or poolside.

Salt Baths Health Benefits

  • relieves muscle aches and pains
  • helps with acne
  • cleanses the body of salt, chlorine, metals, chemicals, and other toxins
  • soothes sunburns
  • reduces stress levels
  • alleviates rheumatic pain such as arthritis

Taking a Salt Bath Couldn’t Be Any Easier

– 2 cups of Epsom salt (for a hot bath) or 4 cups (for a cold bath);

– A tub big enough for you to lie comfortably in; and – Warm water just high enough for you to immerse yourself fully into the water.

This is not my favorite card, but it does make sense. This is also known as the Tower card in the Tarot. This can be a negative card because it is a card of major change; possibly a crisis point, possibly liberation.

As we are also in Mercury Retrograde, we are suppose to be reviewing and possibly releasing things that no longer work for us.

This card may mean swift and powerful changes. On this page, there are three cards that could pop up. This one has an angel and I feel is the most positive of the cards. It discuses a significant life event that leads to change; bringing a time to spread our wings.

You can click on each card to get a description for each, or click here to be taken to all our Free Online Tarot Card Readings. Of course, we also offer Free Online Angel Card Readings at Angel Messenger.
