Premier Hon Mark McGowan officially opens new Carnarvon PCYC Thanks to the McGowan State Government $1.05m funding and support from the Department of Education for providing the facility, the new Carnarvon PCYC Centre will enable more programs and activities for the local community in a modern environment.
