9.30 am - David Allan

The independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority will convene on Thursday 30 September to hear the following Referral:

David Allan, the rider of BOSSIPOP, placed second in the Atlas Leisure Homes Ltd Handicap (Class 4) at Pontefract on 23 September 2021, used his whip above the permitted level inside the final furlong. As the offence warranted a suspension of between 2 and 6 days and taking into account that this was the rider’s fifth such suspension within the previous 6 months, Allan was referred to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority
