Resident Offers & Reminders

Window Cleaning

Gateway is now offering a window cleaning service through a professional contractor. Contact the Gateway management office for details including cleaning costs.

Appointments for Window Cleaning can be set for October 6th and October 13th. Click the link below to book an appointment  or submit an inquiry.

Package Carts

Gateway Management added a few small, mobile package carts to each building for resident use within the building. Unfortunately, in Buildings 355 & 365 a couple of these new package carts are now missing. We ask that you promptly return these carts to the main lobby after each use, in order to make them available to your neighbors. If we are to increase the number of available carts it is important that the carts are returned in a timely manner.

Dog Etiquette

Please be advised that dogs must be taken off of the Gateway grounds to do their business. Do not allow your dog to urinate or defecate within the Gateway grounds. There continues to be a situation where an individual(s) is allowing their dog to urinate in the stairwells of the building. Be advised that this is classified as “Objectionable Conduct” as per your lease agreement and we will take legal recourse to eliminate this situation. In addition, it is disgusting and disrespectful to your Gateway neighbors. If anyone has information in reference to this matter please contact the Gateway Management Office. All communications will remain confidential. Remember to register your dog with the Gateway Management Office.

Apartment Air Conditioners

Please make sure you apartment air conditioner filters are cleaned. If you need assistance to clean the air conditioner filter please contact Gateway Management. It is also important that the air conditioners are not blocked by furniture or other personal belongings. In early October you should test your Heating/Air Conditioner unit in the heat mode. When using the heat mode for the first time of the season you may experience a burning smell. This is caused by dust that is on the heating element. This smell should go away in a few minutes. If you feel you need assistance please contact the Management Office to set up a service appointment.
