Paella & Rose....and Goat & a Grill
Hello peeps! We are wrapping up our Ocho season and migrating to RUM CAKE PRODUCTION in a few weeks! Thank you, thank you, thank you for the support over the past year. We wanted to share our final 2 events for the season.
October 2nd will feature Paella & a 15L of Rose for 60 people out back in our grassy knoll. It will be a little different format than normal Ocho's. You will need to BYOCt (chair/table). The event will be from 4pm-7pm and will feature our new 48" paella pan along with a 15L of Provence Rose (only 200 made for the world). If weather becomes an issue, the event will move to Sunday, October 3rd. $75 (plus service fee / tax). The link for tickets is - https://tableocho.com/events/
On October 9th, we will feature a collaboration event with Chad Tillman, Jame Worley, and yours truly! We will fire up the Santa Maria grill and feature Goat 4 different ways for 45 people. This will be a relaxed event similar to our paella event above. BYOCt (chair/table) and prepare to be WoWed! The goat won a 4H Blue ribbon earlier in the season. We will have vino and craft beer and sides to pair with the goat. If weather becomes an issue, the event will move to Sunday, October 10th. $75 (plus service fee / tax). Also, our wine club is going strong and the selections at each level have been enjoyed by all! Check out the website if you get a chance to see what we have in our 'pantry' and join the wine club if you like! In addition to the items you'll find in our 'pantry' online, we have many other offerings to include pesto, bbq in boil-in-bags, Hatch green chiles, Hatch chile sauce, San Marzano tomatoes, and misc compound butters at the kitchen.
We are the only RECORK drop location in the KC metro, so drop those used corks off and snag some goodies from the pantry or wine rack.
