Our idea was not to adapt a dish for you dietary restrictions or preference, but to enhance your dining experience by creating something that fits your needs!

  • BACALHAU AO FORNO: pan roasted cod, honey roasted butternut squash flan & lemon sage nage
  • DÔME AU CHOCOLAT: chocolate semifreddo dome, apricot, crème anglaise

This medium bodied wine, has mild tannis and some spicy wood notes, pairing perfectly with our Oxtail dish
