The Knights of Columbus as part of Respect Life Month is encouraging every parishioner to pray the Novena of the Gospel of Life starting Monday, October 18th at the 8:45 AM Mass and continuing through Tuesday October 26th. Novena prayer cards will be distributed at all Masses on the weekend of October 16th and 17th. If you are unable to attend weekday morning Mass we encourage praying the novena at home as a family.
All interested and qualified folks should read the job posting found here:

Creating a Culture of Respect for All Life

Every October, we in the Catholic Church consider more deeply why every human life is valuable and reflect on how to build a culture that protects life from conception to natural death.  This week read how you can serve and love someone at the end of life:  end-of-life care. Read more about topics central to the respect for life.

Care for Creation Ministry: a Family Activity

National Geographics' iNaturalist app and Seek app allows you to create high-quality data for science and conservation by simply observing the plants and animals you see in nature. Naturalists and scientists from around the world will help identify what's in your photographs and together you'll create research-grade data for conservation. Found a mushroom, flower, or bug, and not sure what it is? Open up the Seek camera to see if it knows! Drawing from millions of wildlife observations on iNaturalist, Seek shows you lists of commonly recorded insects, birds, plants, amphibians, and more in your area. Seek is kid-safe and fun for families; No registration is involved, and no user data is collected.
