A Note From Our President....
Hello to all the wonderful creators!

October has been BUSY month! Lots of art to view:
Opus 2021 at the Riverside Hotel
Electric Zest at the Nampa Civic Center
Individual Display Cases at the Nampa Civic Center
Purple at the Meridian Library
Collaboration Cure at the Gem Center for the Arts

Take time out to visit these galleries or view them online in our virtual exhibitions.

John McMahon gave a fantastic talk about writing artist statements at our General Meeting.  If you missed it (or if you want to remember what John said) here is a link to a PDF of his talk

As you all know I am going to be giving up the presidency at the end of this year. Linda Feinberg, our treasurer, will also be leaving her position. TVAA needs a President, Secretary, and Treasurer to maintain our 501c3 non-profit status.

As president, I networked with other arts organizations, fielded questions, and thought of new ways to help artists. As an incoming president, you can do as much as you want!  If you are considering becoming president or want to join the board please feel free to reach out to me. I would be happy to answer any questions! (president@treasurevalleyartistsalliance.org)

TVAA is an amazing organization that helps artists grow no matter their skill level.
Please think about joining our TVAA Board.  It is an opportunity to learn more about our organization and it is fun to get to know the other board members. It takes just a few hours per month and you have a huge impact on the arts community in the treasure valley!

Jessie
