About 6 months ago I found Bloom Yoga and Wellness. I thought I couldn't do yoga until I met with Sharon for private lessons! What a wonderful surprise! This yoga is fun, gentle, easy and peaceful. The more I practice the easier it gets. The breathing techniques are relaxing and I am learning how to reset my nervous system to help with anxiety. All of this with very simple moves that you can actually do anywhere--work, play, while relaxing, etc. Thank you Sharon!

Soothing Your Being
Mindfulness meditation will continue to be held each Sunday from 9am -10am at the Bloom Yoga & Wellness Studio. Meditation participants are asked to follow the same Covid safety precautions as in other Bloom classes. Koelle and Tony wish to extend sincere gratitude to the entire Bloom Community. As the world struggles to find understanding for one another, we feel tremendously blessed to be surrounded and supported by a group of people dedicated to the search for common ground. As Marcel Proust said, “Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.” Together, we help our community to Bloom!
