Dear Valued Service Provider,
We were overwhelmed by your enthusiasm and feedback after the launch of your new Aged Care Learning Library last month, thank you! I am really pleased that the Library is meeting some of your learning needs.
Thank you to those of you who sent us suggestions of topics to be added to the Library. We were not surprised to hear that payment in arrears was a topic of interest for many of you. Rest assured that we are closely monitoring this space and will surely include relevant resources as soon as they become available. We also received a request on Supporting volunteers after the death of a client, we suggest accessing the free resources from Griefline, which include telephone support, forums and toolkits.
Please note the recent addition of the ‘Finance’ and ‘Palliative Care’ sub-categories into the Library. I hope you will find these October resources useful (scroll down), and as always, please do reach out if you have any comments.
