Sport4All Webinar - A Conversation with Paralympians

Join us for a Q & A with Paralympians Carol Cooke (cycling), Heath Davidson (tennis), Col Pearse (swimming) and Jaryd Clifford (middle distance and marathon running) to find out about their journey from local sporting clubs to the Paralympics and gain some insight about supporting para-athletes at your club or school.

As restrictions slowly begin to ease, we'll be offering a variety of online and in person classes. Keep up to date with all programs on offer.

Mums & Bubs is back!


Join Sharn on Mondays at Victoria Gardens or Thursdays at Phoenix Park for this post-natal outdoor fitness class designed to strengthen pelvic floor, core and lower back muscles, improve fitness, gain energy and meet other mums!

These sessions will strictly follow the directions outlined by the Victorian Chief Health Officer, therefore places will be limited and registrations essential.

Outdoor HIIT at Prahran Square for a limited time only!


During October, our fitness experts from Harold Holt Swim Centre will be running small groups of 50-minute small group HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.

These sessions are led by trainers who will help you get fit and build strength through a combination of weighted and cardio exercises.

Places are strictly limited and bookings are essential. Don’t miss out, book your spot here.

Family Fun! Sessions


We're excited to add some new dates to one of our newest programs - Family Fun! These sessions are designed for families to get them moving together, stay connected, and to break up the weekly routine. Most of all, Family Fun! sessions are aimed at having fun!

Did you know that in September alone, our gym and group fitness instructors delivered over 35 free classes via Zoom, to over 700 members of the Stonnington community?

Dive back into Harold Holt Swim Centre


After 17 years on the sidelines, the iconic dive pool at the Harold Holt Swim Centre is making a comeback as part of City of Stonnington’s plan to restore the heritage-listed dive tower.

Works are expected to commence from October 2021 and continue through to March 2022.

Meet our instructors – Dianne


Have you met Dianne at the Harold Holt Swim Centre? She is an expert group fitness instructor known by her fun but challenging fitness classes. Dianne enjoys her role because it is the "…perfect combination of getting fit, feeling strong and letting those happiness endorphins blossom."

During lockdown Dianne helps people get strong and develop fitness with Adults Functional Fitness at 10:30am on Wednesday.

Tennis returns!


Did you know with the most recent easing of restrictions that you’re able to get back out and play tennis, as long that it is within your 15km radius?

While competitions aren’t back up and running just yet, up to five fully vaccinated people can return to coaching sessions or for a recreational hit of tennis.

  • Free daily live Dance Fit and positive mindset session called 'Morning Motivation' available via our YouTube and Facebook to anyone.
  • Four 45-minute daily interactive sessions with our Members (paid service).
  • A dedicated 'Virtual Studio' with over 250 on demand classes (paid service).
Who are your sessions designed for?
We have Hip Hop, Dance Tone through to Mature Movers sessions for 13-85 year olds.
