Where: Community house in Trastevere on Via Portuense 104 where porta portese starts.

Experienced esthetician and massages therapist Lidia, offers a new technique called Moxa Therapy.  Moxa are pressed or ground mugwort leaves that are used in Chinese medicine to treat pain or energy imbalances obviously applied to acupuncture points, used in cigars to seal the part or in cones that are pressed and then lit on painful points. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-virus antiseptic properties and it can also be used to increase energy in difficult moments such as the change of season.
