A free, interactive webinar, for voluntary, community and faith organisations active in Central and East Surrey.
Hear directly from a range of funders about their future priorities and how these are developing. Learn top tips on building a successful relationship with funders. Meet the teams who can offer support finding and accessing funding pots.
Confirmed Speakers include:
- Community Foundation for Surrey – gateway to over 80 local funders.
- The National Lottery Community Fund.
- Comic Relief and Tesco Bags of Help – run locally via Groundwork UK.
- Your Fund Surrey – a £100 million capital fund from Surrey County Council.
- Further funders to be confirmed shortly.
Local funders include:
- Mole Valley District Council.
- Elmbridge Borough Council and The Walton Charity.
- Reigate & Banstead Borough Council voluntary sector grants and help in kind.
- Tandridge Together Lottery – a local lottery funder.
The event will run as a webinar. Each of the main funders will give a short presentation, followed by a Question & Answer session. There will also be a panel discussion to explore key areas in more depth. Finally the event will conclude with a choice of break-out rooms to meet the local funders for your area.
You are welcome to attend the whole event or join at set times to hear the sessions you are interested in. An agenda with fixed timings and a joining link will be sent out prior to the event.
This event has been organised by a partnership of Voluntary Actions from Central Surrey, Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge, working together with The Community Foundation for Surrey and other funders.
