To Our Members,
With the knowledge that the pandemic brought enough challenges of its own, we held off collecting membership fees throughout 2020 and 2021. However, with restrictions lifting, and our customers doing their best to get back to "life as usual," the WBA would like to attempt to do the same. Now that holiday festivities are ramping up, and our board is beginning to plan the speaker/networking events for 2022, its time to resume our membership drives.
Your annual fee of only $50 to the WBA entitles you to the below member exclusive benefits:
- Invitation and free admission to all quarterly speaker series and networking events
- Inclusion in the annual Small Business Saturday shopping event & the Downtown Trick or Treat event
- Discounted booth space for our annual "Catch the Spirit" event and Get Outdoors Festival
- Promotion of your business on social media via the "Explore Williamsport" Facebook page
- A featured listing of your business on the WBA website
- Receipt of quarterly newsletters to keep you up to date on events and other pertinent small business initiatives
- Listing of all of your events on our monthly calendar
In addition, your membership fee also helps to pay for WBA sponsored events (street closure, vendors, etc.), which increases foot traffic to your businesses, fosters community spirit, and encourages new business development.
We are very thankful to our members and volunteers that helped to keep us running over the last two years and we are excited to see what we can accomplish together in 2022. We hope you will join us!
