Is this you? You want to learn all about the 2021 revised C.A.R. Residential Purchase Agreement, but you can’t fit a 4-hour RPA training, or a 8-hour Certified Forms Trainer session into your schedule. You yearn for knowledge, but just in smaller bites. Or maybe you need a refresher, but only on certain parts of the contract. The RPA Spotlight series is designed just for you. Throughout October and November, some combination of C.A.R. attorneys Neil Kalin, Jana Gardner, Gov Hutchinson and Justin Murakawa will be holding 1-hour webinars featuring limited paragraphs of the new RPA on Monday of each week from 11-12pm.

The Greater Palm Springs Realtors® “GPSR” Special Events Committee were proud to present to Heidi Maldoon, Executive Director of Variety of the Desert the final net proceeds from the recent successful 9/11 Event.
The GPSR 9/11 Event garnered a total of over $10,000 raised to directly benefit Variety of the Desert programs.
To honor and commemorate this 20 year anniversary, our very own local filmmaker and GPSR Board President, James Ronald Whitney shared his award winning movie, “Telling Nicolas” with our community.
Nearly 200 distinguished guests, assembly members, mayors, council, city officials, first responders, celebrities, REALTORS® and community partners attended this red carpet encore held at the Mary Pickford Theater in Cathedral City.
The event benefitting Variety of the Desert Children’s Charity, was co-sponsored by the City of Palm Springs and the Greater Palm Springs Realtors®, as well as Bennion Deville, Loan Depot, Fidelity National Home Warranty, Mortgage Works, Frazier Pest Control, and Contempo Lending.
James Ronald Whitney saw 9/11 unfold right before his very eyes. Armed with a camera, he documented the biggest and most horrific tragedy we have ever faced. But Whitney did not just capture incredible footage, he also created one of the most quintessential movies about 9/11 — “Telling Nicholas.”
When the film concluded, guests joined in a champagne toast to honor the victims and first responders, all while the beautiful music of the Desert Winds Band and Keisha D lifted the somber mood – it was truly a night to remember.
The Special Events Committee would like to again thank the GPSR Board of Directors, Staff, VIP’s and members that participated in this incredible 9/11 Event. We would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to our generous sponsors who made this red carpet gala possible:
