Riza Y. Leak is a Leadership Consultant at HPS. Graduated with her Masters in I/O Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, she brings an invested interest in assisting organizations support, recognize, and empower their employees within their roles. She loves connecting with others and being a connector. Riza enjoys working on organizational change and development projects.
Riza has a passion for volunteering her time and talents to her church and in her board positions for local and national professional I/O Psychology organizations. For BIOP, she is the Program Lead for the Mentorship Program.
