Assignments in Blackboard

You can set up an assignment in Blackboard where students can submit one or more electronic documents.
  1. You can create the assignment for individual students, or groups.

  2. If students have trouble submitting, you can clear their attempt, or even grade it even if they email it instead.

  3. You can batch download all the submissions at once if you like.

  4. When grading, you can use letter grades and add comments, even after you have graded it. You can use video feedback, or review the assignment and grade with a student. If needed, you can view assignment feedback previously attached.
Also, you can visit our complete suite of Sandbox resources.

If you find you need more assistance than our online resources provide, please email us at sandbox@mtroyal.ca, or if you have an urgent time sensitive issue, call us at 403.440.7002.
