The forces that shape behaviour change

Changing behaviour can seem like an intimidating task. Behaviour is so complicated and unique. Where should you even start?

As you will read in this blog, there are three types of forces that shape behaviour. This might be a good place to start when developing a strategy to change behaviour. Are there any trends that you can use to promote your service? Can you focus on the needs of your customers so that your product becomes essential?

Read how other companies used these forces to shape behaviour! Such as BMW, beer brands and carsharing company Sharenow.

Warm regards,
Tom De Bruyne

Invest your budget to kick-start 2022

Do you want to invest your time and money in gaining valuable insights into behavioural science but struggle to find the time? The end of the year is a busy time for all of us. But not spending your educational budget is a missed opportunity to gain new insights and ideas. But no worries, we at SUE have an excellent proposition for you!

You can book an Academy, Sprint or Workshop for 2022 but get your invoice in 2021! This will ensure that you still have your entire budget to spend on other exciting opportunities for you or your team to grow and develop. So check if you have anything left to invest in new experiences to kick-start the new year.

Want to sign your employees up for a fundamentals training in 2022? The course calendar is online! Or email to discuss your options.

Want to sign up for an in-company academy, sprint or workshop? Ask for the options by clicking the button!

PS. Because the availability of sprints is already limited in 2021, it is also a great way to make sure you save yourself a spot in 2022!

SUE showcase: building a workout routine

This week we highlight our project with Sportcity & Fit For Free. Sticking to a routine can be difficult for anyone. There are always some factors that distract you from your goal. We were interested in how we can create a pattern that is attainable when working out. Insights into their customer's behaviour allowed us to create a workout routine that lasts in the long run.

Sportcity/Fit For Free saw a spectacular improvement in the effectiveness of their campaign and conversion strategy. After all, when people stick to their routine, they are much more likely to keep their membership at their gym.

Keep an eye out on our website, where these and many more of our cases will be uploaded.

Curious about the options of how you can incorporate behavioural design into your business challenge, problem or question? Don't hesitate to reach out to us about your potential project!
