Plans for total transformation of
Earlestown town centre revealed!

The multi-million pound plans aim to return Earlestown to its days as a thriving market town, with a vibrant high street. The proposals would see the Town Hall re-opened and Market Square redesigned as a place for people to gather and use for different events.

Gardening tip of the week:
Plant trees or new hedges

Autumn is the ideal time to plant new trees, shrubs and hedges – or to move existing ones, if you need to.

Before you plant a new tree, always do your research. Make sure you choose the right tree for the right location. Know how big you can expect the tree to grow, where it will cast its shade - and consider how far the roots will need to spread, too.
